Eligibility window

Standard: returns or exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery (adjustable to your preference, e.g., 30 days). Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, unless damaged/defective.

Opened consumables (where hygiene is a concern), personalized/custom items, final sale items (clearly marked), and digital downloads (unless faulty).

Defective or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if the fault is ours.

Change of mind / unwanted items

If you simply change your mind, we will accept returns subject to the item being in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

How to start a return

Email thewellnesshub@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) to return, reason, and photos if applicable. We’ll provide return instructions and an RMA number if required.

Return shipping

Use a trackable shipping method. We recommend purchasing insurance for high‑value items. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit unless we provided the return label.
