Shipping policy

  • Processing time

    • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Processing may extend during sales or peak seasons.

  • Shipping options & carriers

    • We offer standard and expedited shipping via our carrier partners. Carrier names and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

  • Domestic shipping

    • Typical delivery: 2–7 business days after dispatch (estimate; depends on service chosen).

  • International shipping

    • Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days). Customs, duties, and import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Shipping costs

    • Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen speed. Free shipping promotions, if any, will have terms (minimum order value, restricted SKUs, etc.).

  • Tracking

    • Tracking numbers provided by email once the order ships. Use the carrier’s tracking page for current status.

  • Lost or undelivered packages

    • If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received the parcel, contact us immediately. For lost shipments, we will open claims with carriers; resolution may require waiting the carrier’s claim period.

  • Damaged in transit

    • Inspect shipments on arrival. Report visible damage within 48 hours to thewellnesshub@gmail.com with photos. We will assist with a replacement or refund.

  • Address changes

    • Contact us ASAP to correct an address. If the order has shipped, additional fees may apply to reroute or reship.

  • Remote area delays & force majeure

    • Deliveries to remote areas may take longer. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, strikes, customs, or other events beyond our control.
