At Purenest, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you find a solution.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To maintain hygiene and safety standards, the following conditions apply:

  • Unopened Products: Fully sealed and unused bottles are eligible for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

  • Opened Products: Due to the nature of herbal oils, we cannot accept returns on bottles where the safety seal has been broken, unless the product is proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required to process your request.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is:

  • Defective or leaking.

  • Damaged during transit.

  • The wrong item entirely.

In these cases, we will send a replacement immediately at no additional cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return
